Vivid salmon-pink with aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry. Bright, dry, and refreshing with zesty acidity and vibrant fruit.
Production
Soft de-stemming and brief 10 h maceration before bleeding of the free-run must. Cool fermentation preserves varietal fruit and youthful freshness.
Vinyard
Single-varietal Monastrell from organically farmed vineyards in DO Alicante, benefiting from warm days, cool nights, and sea breezes.
Pairing
Best served at 8–10 °C with Asian-style stir-fries, summer salads, or grilled prawns.
